                               RESOLUTION NO. 18848
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
                   FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, A MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT FOR
                   EMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICE BETWEEN THE CITY
                   OF CHATTANOOGA AND HAMILTON COUNTY.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor and City Finance Officer 
be
       and are hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, a
       Mutual Aid Agreement for Emergency Ambulance Service between the
       City of Chattanooga and Hamilton County.
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Administrator of the
       Department of Safety shall submit an implementation report to the 

       Safety Committee within sixty (60) days.
